My lovely wife Connie and I went to the park today with Jackson and her parents. With the great weather came a great chance to get out and play…and take a few snapshots. Yeah for family. Yeah for Connie.

It’s hard to believe that Connie and I will soon have another little one to feed, change, and enjoy. We just finished celebrating Jackson’s 2nd birthday. He’s sleeping in his big boy bed beneath the new bedding set emblazoned with cars and trucks, unaware of what will happen by Wednesday, September 8th. That is the day Corinne Grace Fauntleroy will enter this world if she doesn’t decide to come out before then. I have a feeling Jackson will roll with it and continue to enjoy life, maybe even more so now that he can share all that he can do with a little sister. I’m hoping that I can continue to inspire him as the day-to-day of newborness takes its inevitable tool on all of us. Am I stoked? Definitely. Nervous? Of course. Ready? No. But bring it on.
